1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 working days after confirmation. Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays.
2. Delivery Timeline
Delivery usually takes 3–7 working days across India from the date of dispatch. Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and courier partner availability. Delivery of product will be attempted on business days only (Saturday, Sunday & national holidays excluded)
3. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before completing your purchase.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via email or SMS to help you monitor your delivery status.
5. Delays
While we aim to deliver within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, courier delays, or regional restrictions. Such delays are beyond our control.
6. Address & Delivery Issues
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address information.
7. Failed Delivery Attempts
If delivery is unsuccessful due to customer unavailability or incorrect details, re-delivery may be attempted by the courier partner. Additional charges, if any, may apply.
8. Lost/ Delivery Issues
In case of lost shipments, we will assist you with a resolution after confirmation from our courier partners. If marked delivered but not received, please inform us within 24 hours.
9. Serviceable Areas
We currently ship across India. If your location is not serviceable, we will inform you and initiate a refund if payment has been made.
10. We ensure timely delivery of product to the customer & we use services of reputed courier partners like Xpressbees, Delhlivery, Fedex, Bluedart etc.
