Exchange Request Timeline
All exchange requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery. Requests received after this period may not be accepted.

– Product must be returned in original packaging

Exchange Charges
For size-related exchanges, a nominal pickup and re-shipping fee may apply.

No charges will be applied if:

• Product is damaged or defective

Non-Eligible Items

– Products that have been used, washed, or damaged after delivery

Product Disclaimer
Slight color variations due to lighting, photography, or screen settings are not considered defects. Minor variations in fabric or print are natural and not considered faults.

Refunds
We do not offer refunds unless required under applicable law. In case of approved refunds (if any), the amount will be processed through the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
